Recruitment Process
We are looking forward to meeting you! Our application is live. Applications are released only in the Fall Semester — we do not recruit both semesters. Prior to the application deadline, we will hold information sessions and coffee chats. Those whose applications are selected, will participate in group and individual interviews before a final decision is made. Please fill out the interest form to receive recruitment updates!

Freshman and sophomore students of any major are eligible. We have members ranging from Finance to Architecture.

No! Instead, we are looking for motivated students who will work hard to learn. We will provide you with all the necessary materials to grow and succeed. In exchange we hope that you will give back when the time comes.

New Fellows and Analysts are expected to commit 6 hours of work per week. This includes general meetings, workshops, semesterly pitch requirements, and internal group contribution.

It varies per application cycle! However, we have historically accepted anywhere between 7-14 new members.

General meetings will occur on Tuesdays 6-8PM and workshops are on Thursdays 6-8PM.
