Recruitment Process
We are looking forward to meeting you! Our application will be live on August 27th. Applications are released only in the Fall Semester — we do not recruit both semesters. Prior to the application deadline, we will hold information sessions and coffee chats (attendance is required at one information session to apply). Those whose applications are selected, will participate in group and individual interviews before a final decision is made. Please fill out the interest form to receive recruitment updates!

Freshman and sophomore students of any major are eligible to apply. Members have had majors ranging from finance to architecture.

No! Instead, we are looking for motivated and curious students who are looking to learn. We will provide you with all the necessary materials to learn.

New fellows and analysts are expected to commit 6 hours of work per week. This includes general meetings, workshops, semesterly pitch requirements, and internal group contribution.

General meetings will occur on Tuesdays from 6 to 8 PM and workshops (required for new fellows and analysts) are held on Thursdays from 6 to 8 PM.
